Sissy
Sissy was almost hairless when she was born, not like the other puppies. As they began to get fluffy, Sissy was still mostly skin. I was taking pictures of the puppies at 6 weeks old and something startled her and her ears stood straight up. She looked so funny with her skimpy hair and big ears. All the rest of the puppies were getting really pretty, but Sissy was without a doubt, the ugly duckling of the bunch. But as she grew, so did her hair. Although her hair is still very sparse, her coloring is beautiful and she's so dainty. But her name does fit her and she's pretty much a scaredy-cat and is afraid of most noises. The first time she came in heat was when Gizmo arrived at our home. She thought we got a boytoy just for her. She sure knew how to welcome a newcomer.
