We put functional soundness above everything else whether the dog goes afield or spends his life curled in someone's lap.

We will not sell or ship any pup unless he/she is certified healthy by a licensed veterinary.  What if the puppy you choose develops serious health issues prior to delivery time?  You will be notified immediately after the pup has been examined by our vet to confirm if there is a serious health issue, if it is something that can be cured through short term medication, or if it is something that will require long term care.  If there is a serious health issue, you will be given the option of selecting another puppy or moving your deposit/payment to the next litter.  I will add, we have not had any serious health issues with our pups.

Future forever families are screened to ensure our babies go to the best homes.

OUR TERMS

When you place a deposit, you are committing to purchase one of our puppies. 

Reserve a puppy from a new litter:

  • $200 non-refundable deposit to guarantee a puppy, to be deducted from total purchase price.  

  • When your puppy reaches 6 weeks old, we will email you pictures, current weight and an educated guess of adult weight. You may at this time decide to select a different pup from the same litter, if available, or move your deposit to reserve a puppy from another litter, but your deposit remains non-refundable to defray advertising and other associated cost.  If you decide to take that baby, we ask that 1/2 the balance be paid at that time with the remainder due prior to delivery, including shipping charges.  Delivery time is usually between 12-16 weeks depending on the size and social development of the puppy.  Shipping charges range from $250.00 to $350.00 depending on the best/available schedule and the airline used.

To purchase a puppy ready to go:

  • $200 deposit made through Paypal.  Balance, including shipping cost to be sent within 10 days via Priority or Express Mail.

  • OR send full payment via Priority or Express Mail, FedEx, or UPS with 5 days.

  • Puppy will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of balance unless agreed upon in advance.  Actual shipping date depends on how quickly we can get an appointment to see the vet for health certificate and airline schedule, including weather forecast.  

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If there are any minor problems discovered by the vet during the routine visit for health certificate, you will be notified immediately and be given the option to:

                    * accept the pup as is
                    * transfer your full payment to another available pup
                    * transfer payment to pup from the next litter 
                    * payment refund less $200.00 non-refundable deposit
                         to defray advertising and other associated cost.  

 PAYMENTS

  • Deposits only will be accepted through Paypal.  We also accept Postal money orders, cash and certified bank checks for deposits with balance due.     
    NO PERSONAL CHECKS, NO CASHIER'S CHECKS

  • Payments and balance must be made by cash, postal money order or bank certified check.  WE WILL NOT SHIP UNLESS TOTAL BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Air Cargo shipping rates are not included in the listed puppy price unless otherwise noted: Shipping rates: $250.00, includes kennel, vet checked health certificate, shot records, AKC Litter Registration papers, cargo fees and insurance.  Shipping rates may be as much as but not exceed $350.00 depending on the best/available schedule and the airline used. 

If your puppy is shipped, you agree to notify me by phone after you pick up your puppy at the airport and follow up with email upon your arrival home.

You also agree to send me pictures of our baby from time to time along with a picture of you and your new pup for our website.  These pups are like my babies and I would love to see and share how they grow up.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

We recommend you pick up your puppy if you are in the area.  We offer to meet buyers part way if picking up puppy.

  • We are located in northeastern OH

  • 15 miles west of the PA border

  • 15 miles south of Youngstown OH

  • 10 miles south of Ohio Turnpike

  • 1 1/2 miles west of Route 11 - Rt. 344 exit 

  • Northeastern OH or western PA: we will gladly meet you part way  

  • Columbus OH area can be picked up in Westerville     

  • We will ship by Air Cargo from Pittsburgh PA, weather permitting, $250, includes airline approved kennel, vet checked health certificate, all required documentation, insurance

*  We will not sell a puppy unless he/she is healthy and has been thoroughly checked by our veterinarian.  Puppies sent by Air Cargo must be checked by the vet and receive a health/travel certificate prior to shipping.

  • Average size full grown 3 - 7 pounds

Tea Cup* Size: 4 LB & under
Toy Size: 4 - 6 LB
Standard Size: 6 LB up
AKC Standard: 7 LB

Our average adult size has been ranging 3.5 to 5.5 pounds.  We can only estimate a puppies adult size.  We cannot guarantee we will be correct.

  • Our yorkies are sold as pets with limited AKC registration unless otherwise noted.

  • Breeders must contact us in advance for full registration.

  • Stud service available.

Limited Registration (AKC) on pet puppies the dog is registered with the kennel club but any offspring would not be eligible for registration. These dogs are ineligible to be entered in a breed competition in any dog show. The dog, however, is eligible to be entered in any other licensed event. These events include Obedience, Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Agility and Earthdog.
